How did you find out or get involved with Armenia HC?

I started an initiative called “Hyes for Hockey,” and while browsing Instagram, I came across Herag Saiyan, the captain of Armenia HC. Herag helped me connect with the hockey community in Armenia, and eventually, through our interaction, I became a part of Armenia HC.

What is Hyes for Hockey and can you tell us more about it?

Hyes for Hockey is an initiative aimed at promoting the love of hockey among Armenians while supporting the development of hockey in Armenia, with a particular focus on youth hockey. To date, I have raised over $15,000 in equipment and funds, which have been donated to the Armenian Ice Hockey Federation in Armenia. This has helped to support the growth of youth hockey schools as well as the newly formed Armenian National Hockey Team. In addition, I partnered with the Los Angeles Kings to introduce 275 Armenian elementary students to hockey through a ball hockey clinic in Los Angeles. My main objective is to help others experience the same love for hockey that I have.
